Ya, audit experience is of good value but 3.5 years in audit only is not fair because in job we are not to conduct only audits. World is not like past, a managerial post now requires multiple skills from a person. Not every CA is to practice audit,tax etc so ICAP must have provision of industrial training, so that the students are also trained in the environment in which they have to work for rest of their career.
