Hi Tazz,

There are a couple of firms (of Pakistani origin) in Dubai which are accredited training employers/firms with ICAP. You can check their names at the ICAP site.

Remember that to be included in the ICAP articles programme you will have to register with ICAP and sign an agreement. Your past training (as in ACCA) will not be considered. ICAP's training programmes are not as flexible as ACCA. Plus also bear in mind that you have to 'fulfill' ICAP's entry requirements, PPT or whatever it is these days.
