Consultancy fee are taxable service in the meaning of taxable services criteria as provided by sindh revenue board -(SRB).

Moreover, I would like to bring the information and professional understanding for your question purpose that
Any services provided specifically in sindh are taxable and such tax shall be submitted with SRB in prescribe manner as same as follow in FBR.
