I don't believe Sher afghan Malik present ICMAP's president has dual qualification. On the other hand Zafar Iqbal Sobani newly ellected president of ICAP is fellow member of ICMAP.

I think comparisons and competitions are necessary. It induces the people to change their state of affairs if these are satisfactory.
