Hey. I'm doing a paper on women in the medical field, and I had a few questions to ask people regarding the topic. First, what field of medicine do women most commonly enter and why? Second, is there any reason for the surge of women now comming into the medical field other than issues of equality(i.e. has there been a major female breakthrough that encourages women to enter the field)? Thank you.
