Demand of ACCA in the UK !

hi ! well,, i've heard so many times that after doing ur ACCA u can easily get a well paid job in the UK ! but once i heard a guy saying that when the UK itself is producing so many ACCA professionals why would they welcome ACCA professionals from pakistan or other countries !!
this seems to be a valid point to me !
i'd like to hear comments from u ppl !
