Tax on import of I.T (Telecomunication) Equipment.

Sir,

we are importing an Equipment to Pakistan which will be used for Mobile Roaming Testing. This product shall verify that the customer (abroad for the time being) is receiving services properly or he is facing any problem.
So it is an I.T. Equipment. Now i want to know that what will be the Sales Tax Ratio, Customs Tax Ration & Income Tax Ration on this product to import it to Pakistan? I have heared that IT Equipment is Exempt from Sales tax, and customs duty ratio is very less on such type of equipment.
