To deposit Tax Challan without NTN

We have a newly registered with SECP. we are not yet registered with Income Tax authorities. so we donot have any NTN Number Now. It may, however, be noted that we have deducted some withholding tax from one of our clients. we have receive his NTN number. Now I am asking that whether is it possible to deposit Tax Challan without our NTN Number?
