My question to u all is that is it really true that ICAP even fails students that pass the exams? I certainly dont think so. I do agree that they've a tough passing policy but by no way this means that they fail students who deserve to pass. I am of the opinion that before any comments are made on ICAP's passing policy, a review should be conducted as to how they determine the passing criteria of a student. A tough passing policy is desireable as we all are aware as to the salary packages of CA's. This can be proven by taking a look at the no. of qualified ACCA's and their remuneration. People there is a simple economic concept the more the supply, the lower the price and vice versa. Think about it. Probably ICAP is right and we who blame them are wrong.
