As an amateur computer operator having no proper knowledge I tried my best to retrieve the full text but could not as each time the current dated full page of the concerned newspaper comes while the news item appears to be of before 03 November 2007. I am very keen to read this news item but feel helpless in finding it. The text does not indicate the date otherwise I could had arranged buying a hardcopy. Would anyone help me in knowing what the details of this item are.
