Need Advice for Module C

Hi Dears
I am CA student. I was failed in tax paper of Mod c for 2 times my Mod D is cleared. it is the only paper in which i was failed for two times. Kindly give me some tips also tell me if examiner checks the most recent tax law(2010) in this attempt or the previous one (2009)
I shall be very grateful for your kind advice.
