The incumbent must possess the following qualification
1- Must be friend of the president or prime minister
2- Close links in IMF, World Bank and US Govt. are a great advantage
3- Must be expert in white color crime
4- Does as directed
5- Must have spent 5 years in jail for restoration of democracy
6- Candidates with leash mark on the back will be preferred
7- Must be fluent in abusing others and using vulgar language
8- Being economist is not necessary
