minimum salary of un-educated person is 7,000rs . duty timing 8am to 6pm

but now a days

many school owners are giving the salary between 3,500 to 4,500rs to teachers hows qualification is B.A, B.SC .
teachers duty timing 8am to 2pm
numbers of teachers are between 15 to 25

the numbers of students are between 200 to 500 and the fees is around between 800rs. to 1,000rs

are they paying correct salary or wrong ?according to law.
or any one can take any legal action.
how much they should pay salary?
are they required to pay or not for the period of holidays that is 2 months (june & july)

<b>old age benefits </b> ( contributions are apply on school or not
