Can any body guide me about the annual withholding tax statement, which is to be submitted to the income tax authorities annual for the income tax deducted at source during the year.
1-Who is required to submit it?
2-what will be its format?
3-And within what time limit it should be submitted?
4-What would be the penalties if we fail to do so?
