any one please help me, agar koi company employee ka tax khud pay kar rahi hai to us ki calculation kia hogi, for exmaple us ki salary 40,000 hai aur us pe tax agar 3500 banta hai to calculation kia hogi,employee ko pure 40,000 mil rahe hai, lakin jab hm calculatoin karen ge 40,000 +3500(Tax allowance)=43500 to total yeh ho jaega, phr is pe tax lagain ge to tax change ho jaega, i am so confuse plz help me.
