Taxation of AOP

Dear Friends
We have an AOP who sells goods to only one party. That one party deduct income tax while making payments.
Please tell me what would be the tax treatment while submitting annual income tax return.
I have also heard that in budget, the tax treatment of such AOPs have been changed..
