Can anyone kindly confirm the time limit for sending half yearly accounts of listed companies subject to limited scope review of auditors..

As per provisions of Co. Ord 1984, the time period is 1 month whereas i have seen that in various SROs, guidelines etc, 2 months have been mentioned..
