Gross profit rates

Is there are some standard gross profit rates for businesses like for wholesellers,retailers,manufacturers,contractors,hotels, restaurants,motels, agents.
when i prepare a income tax returns of these parties what the Gross profit rate should I consider please guide me and update me in preparing of the Income Tax Returns of the Following parties.
