Consultancy fee is Taxable ?

Asalam O Alikum,

Please solve my problem.
In our comp. is a Private ltd. we have 3 directors, who is also owners of company, Due to this we are not able to pay them salary. That's why we pay them against Consultancy fee, they are taking against consultancy fee 125000, 50000 & 40000 thousand monthly basis respectively,

Is there fee amount are taxable or it has any slab like salary income tax ?
