Dear Pracs
A newly qualified CA-EW fetches b/w 35-40k depending on the firm and the candidate, this is just an average and it is for CA(England & Wales). Now if you add 3-4 PQE to your CV particularly in a specific area (say financial services) you can easily expect to jump up to 50k figure again depending upon the two conditions mentioned above.
