Any advantage on import of yarn directly?

Is there any advantage for the industries if they import yarn Directly i meant not purchased it from the Market

Suppose if we import yarn Directly we have to pay 1.15% income tax ... can i adjust that income tax any where ... and also wat will we do for the 6 percent Sales tax as we dont export it . we are a dying factory
