i am a distributor of third schedule's items since 2007 and now in september 2011 i have received a notice u/s 14 for registration in sales tax i got myself registered and file returns for month of november 2011 and december 2011 well in time.
but today i have received a show cause notice that you are doing business as distributor since long hence from 2007 to 2010 as per your declared sale in your income ta return sales tax amounting to Rs.11020000/= is liable to pay.
kindly sugest me what i do i this condition.
