In case of ACCA, you may get exemptions on a case to case basis, I know that ACCA has awarded M.com some exemptions.
I am not very sure about ICAP,. I dont think they award any exemptions, they would exempt you from the entrance test...

ACCA exempt 3 papers of Part-1 and 2 papers of Part-2 for MBA OR M.COM and i think ICAP exempt no papers for MBA OR M.COM

The Institute will now offer exemptions from certain examinations and option for not attending certain classes to students who meet the laid down criteria. Students who have passed their HSC (Intermediate with Commerce, Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical or Arts) would have the option not to attend Module âAâ classes provided they have obtained minimum 70% marks in aggregate and a minimum of 60% marks in the relevant subject(s). Further benefit of exemption from specific paper(s) of Module âAâ examination will also be available to a student provided he/she has obtained a minimum of 75% marks in a particular subject(s) of Module âAâ. Similarly students who have passed their âAâ Levels examination with minimum two Bâs and have minimum of C in relevant subject may opt not to attend the classes of Module âAâ. For these students exemption from Module âAâ relevant paper is also available provide they have obtained a minimum âBâ Grade in that subject. For Graduates (with four years study program from Pakistan or three years study program from foreign accredited university) and Post Graduates there is similar provision whereby they can benefit in Modules âAâ and âBâ. These Graduates / Post Graduates can avail exemption from specific papers of both Modules if they had minimum of 70% marks in relevant subject All the above mentioned exemptions from classes or examination paper(s) will be approved by the Institute after receiving an application in this behalf and examining each case. While granting exemption from specific paper the Institute will also evaluate whether the course content of the subject for which exemption is sought covers at least 70% of the syllabus as prescribed by the Institute from time to time.

and Please Visit www.icap.org.pk/Education/PGTS.htm
quote
Post Graduate Training Scheme Candidates having Master's degree with minimum 2nd Division (or equivalent grades), from recognised Universities may contract training arrangements with Principals at CA Firms, upon obtaining exemption from PPT as per ICAP Bye- law, for a four year training period. However trainee students already under contract for a period of 5 years will not be eligible for reduction in training period on passing post graduate examination during the course of their training. Such candidates shall apply for exemption from PPT to the Directorate of Examinations on prescribed Forms and on payment of prescribed fee for exemption. Credits are available from relevant papers of Module A and B which the candidates have studied during the Master's program and passed with at least 50% marks (or equivalent grades). However, credits will be available subject to a detailed evaluation by ICAP of relevant Syllabi studied at Master's Level. Candidates applying for credits shall do so either prior to joining training arrangements or during the probationary period. Non relevant Masters degree holders (ie those candidates who did not study and pass subjects of Modules A and B at Masters level) shall not be eligible for any credits and should not apply for the same. Post Graduate trainee students may choose to take examinations of Module A and B together but it would not be advisable if they have not obtained any credits. Progression rules for examinations for Modules A and B will apply with no exceptions

Regards Mahtab
