My Dear Friend,
PIPFA is just an entrance route for Professional Career

Which provides alot of exemptions in different qualifications but u cannot depend on it for ur entire career

Your Pay scale depends upon ur experience
initially u may get around (10,000-15,000)

But the broader view i-e exemptions available to PIPFA qualified students
>ICAP MFC A & B
>ACCA 2 papers
>CIMA 4 papers

>BBA(Hons)from University Of Central Punjab
(completely exempted on submission of Research Thesis)

>MBA from PIMSAT
(In only 1-1/2 year)

>PIPFA qualified with 2years experience can get admission in any graduate course in Williams College of London
