Assalamu Alikum
i m a student of CA and i have given refer exam of 2 subjects in Module E of which result is awaited uptill 26 jan 04. a period of more than one and half year of my articleship is outstanding. i would like to know can i complete my remaining articleship in UAE or Saudi Arab.If so, which firms i should contact and what proceedure i will have to adopt.

Zeshan,

In my opinion u should seek information directly from ICAP. As far as my knowledge is concerned, CA bylaws does not allow ICAP student to do articles with organisation not a CA firm registered with the ICAP to undertake public practice. However I again advise u to ask your query directly to Education & Training deptt. of ICAP.
