Dear Yasir
I don't know about any program of online Istikhara. As far as need of fatwas is concerned hundreds of fatawa's are issued daily by hundreds of countrywide Darul Iftas . These Fatwas are obtained by people who want to follow Islam in accordance with the interpretation of ulemas and have need of special advice of a religious scholars.
Dear Yasir you say Is there Really So much Need of Fatwaas ? Have you heard the name of Fatawa-E- Alamgiri. My dear brother it is consisted on 30 volumes. Beside it other fatawas are also consisted of many volumes. Fatawa-e-imdadia, Fatawa-e-Rashidia, Fataw-e-Tahavia all fatawas have 15 or more volumes.
The fatwas are not consist of declaration to declare someone as Non-Muslim as some person presumes.Contrarily these fatawas address very critical issues and some time expertâs advice is also obtained by ulemas from experts for instance doctors and other professionals. What would you say about the divorce given by a person who is a victim of a mental disorder? Has diverse taken place? No, dear in this case no divorce has taken place at all this is not MY FATWA rather it is a fatwa of a Darul Ifta after getting medical advice from doctor. Do we have such time, skills and energy to consult dozen of fatawas and books of Ahadees to reach at the decisions regarding religious problems, halal and haram, nikah, talaq, razaat, warasat, disputes etc ????
Now what would you say ?
I think you will be satisfied from my answer
