AOA

A very nice question. Actually it is a matter that how we market our talent and show our employer that only "we" are the best in the lot. Presentation matters, it has to be natural, and to make it natural, practice islamic codes of how to behave with others i.e "Haqooq-ul-Ebaad".

No doubt a true muslim always wins.

An individual who hasn't been able to complete CA, but has done his articles from 'big-four', still has worth in the market... Although it is not as much as that of a CA ofcourse...

And ICAEW grants exemptions to CA students from ICAP... However, that might be not be much.

In my opinion, a person who has passed CA inter is not worth a lot and should not be let near the books of any company let alone be relied on to 'control' any books of any sort.
