4 yrs bachelor degree

I have 2 yrs bachelor degree in accounting from Karachi university.
Completed ACCA designation from UK. Moved to Canada . Completed all exams for CGA. To obtain CGA membership require 4 yrs bachelor degree.
Need to know if Karachi University will grant 4 yrs degree on the basis of 2 yrs B com and Acca plus CGA.
