After attending a few such seminars/conferences, i've come to the conclusion that these events are nothing but stages for ICAP oldies to feed their bloated egos. The young pretenders to the throne try to look smart and roam in between the legs of these old guys like house pets and the old guys try to look important and themselves roam in between the legs of the Chief guest.
