In a society like ours one's professional abilities to some extent are assessed on the basis of his/her English speaking abilities. In my personal opinion this should never be the case. However, provided this is the situation and English language is among the official languages in Pakistan professional institutes should pay more concentration on inculcating effective language abilities is its students. The situation in case of ICAP's and ACCA students is really pathetic.
