Hi Friends

A CA from top firms (big 4) is a CA, and A CA from other firms is not A CA ?

I mean, we always considers CA from big 4 as the best, and CA's from others does'nt get much opportunities like CA's from big 4. Every multinational company alwys required a CA from big 4.

SO I want to ask from you guys (especially CA's) that what is a difference between both CA's (big 4 vs other). Is there any difference between their salary, do they get equal opportunities to progress ?

Please give you valuable comments.
