Yaar! not only the course, the whole qualification is changing from June 2007.
The new name is the ACCA qulaification rather than ACCA professional scheme.
The number of papers is the same, paper 2.1 & its successive 3.4 has been dropped. Ethics & good governance are the new contents. the addition is of an ethics module which has to be completed either online or offline. but thats not the requirement for the old students.
there is a new set of practical experience requirements. but no experience under the current scheme will be degraded.
The first new qualification exams will be in december 2007.

There has been a total changeover, you can visit the website http//www.accaglobal.com/horizon/ for more info & you can always post here any questions that you have. I'll be more than happy to answer.
