CFA has three alphabets, whereas, ACCA has four. [D][})]

On a separate note, I think they both are less superior quals among their competition. ACCA compete with ACA and CFA, arguable, compete with Actuarial quals. However, I do believe CFA may better cater for finance industry than ACCA.

In broad,
CFA deals to investment sector
CA with audit,tax,consultancy,(major financial accounting)
AMCA cost accounting/managment accounting
ACCA (almost like ACMA+CA)

other then this , regarding pay
1. your luck and hard work/devotion
2. normally CFA's are much paid then CA's(in pakistan) other then those who are running thier own frims
