General Rule Input is allowed on goods purchased for the purpose of business

Make a request to KESC to incorporate your GST number on the bill no matter if the bill is on owners name, but ur GST number should be mentioned on bill

Do u know any patrol station issuing GST invoice, please let me know

I hope that i have answered your query

Taxable Services is any service provided by a courier company in relation to delivery of documents, goods or articles
No sales tax on office mail where the consignee and consignor are the same person
Refund may be claimed in respect of courier services related to export of goods where a goods declaration has been filed, treating such services as zero rated

Dear Star,
u can adjust mineral water salex tax , if u have a sales tax invoice from the customer, we are recovering our sales tax, Nestle distributor issues a Sales tax invoice for the same. but make it sure ur water is using for the production.

same as it is PSO provides Sales Tax invoices for fuel to recover tax, but again the vehicle u r using must be for ur production or operations. like generator, transporter etc.

u can not adjust courier tax because u r a final consumer for this, this activity does not value add in ur production. absorb it in ur cost.

Regards,
