every profession has its own respect, one cannot judge.different people may have different views about a specific profession, based on his observation.
a profession good in terms of salary can be more demanding extra hard work,
i will suggest to everyone "choose profession which in your own view is suitable for you,you have respect for that, and having capability to perform the required tasks easily and skilfully.when you will be devoted to your work, automatically will get respect "

u r right sara but remember that in our society a person is judged by his profession especially in backward areas there is not the same respect for all professions in pak.if someone likes to be an archeologist what will he get in terms of salary respect facilities etc.if his counterpart is a business man from iba or lums he will get everything . if u have a good job good pay, car etc u r the elite
regards

but if one have no capability to become pilot can he be?
or one having no guts of doing business cannot become successful business man,so one should select from the bests ,one best according to personal ability

rply to saara.i doesn't mean that every one is a genius or suitable for the same position.but do u think that the engineers or teachers etc r capable orthey have the aptitude towards their fields.i personally know many engineers who tell me that they have selected their fields only for a job.if u get a chance plz interview some of them and u will know their capabilities.personally tell me that in a broad range of careers what will u like to do and why.in the end i must tell u that in pak a dull or average student doesn't become the elite he only gets a job but not the perks
best wishes
