Annex"F" in Sales Tax Return

Today we receive an e-mail from [email protected] “please fill Annex"F” of the sales tax return.
But i think Annex"F" is for commercial importer not for the manufacturers.

Is it compulsory for every manufacturer to fill the annex"F" or not?

Yes, annexure F is required to be filled in by every registered person who is a Manufacturer or Exporter or Commercial Importers (claiming carry forward of excess unadjusted amount).
