has anybody seen any company claiming that they have complied with All International Accounting Standards?

I dont think so, bcaz every company writes in its Financial Statments "These Financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Companies Ordinance 1984 and International Accounting Standards AS APPLICABLE IN PAKISTAN".

the day will come when every company will be writing like this"These financial statments....................................................................................................................................... and International Accounting Stds as applicable in 34-B, Stock Exchange Builiding, Near Tower, Karachi-74000" (its own address)
