Diploma alone is NOT Important but the Combination

of MBA(Banking & Finance)and JAIBP

is Valuable in Banking sector

but the MBA from Prestigious institute
i.e.LUMS,IBA etc with backgroud in the
relevant field and good Interpersonal
skills etc.
