Is it possible that after completing inter of CA one start training in forign counry with forign firms.

You may have a possibility to get into an ICAP accredited accounting firm in UAE and other Gulf countries. However, you will still be pressed to arrange your own resident visa (which is pretty much imposible unless you have a business there or parents employed in the UAE).

However, I would not advice that from a career point of view, the exposure may not be all that great; primarily due to the size of these firms.

Well the Big 4 accountancy firms in Gulf do not intern ICAP students. Local Univ. students and other qualified accountants are taken in as trainee and employees respectively. So experience in those would be comparable/better than Pakistan !

There are very few ICAP accredited firms in the Gulf, who as per my knowledge are small-medium sized firms and not one of the Big 4.
