Ya dear munshee ji,
There is a firm in Dubai, named "Sajjad Haydar and Co" who are registered as trainee firm of ICAP and also heard to be member of ICAEW's registered firm. You can find more knowledge about it by contacting ICAP

Sumaan, derivetrader and all the rest of you guys please reply to this topic and also include the prospects of settling in Dubai (for the articles) for someone who just completed ACCA and wants to do ICAEW. Further, can you also tell us how much stipend and living costs we can expect if we are to live alone in Dubai? Thanks.

Somebody stop me!

I'm sorry I don't know much about MiddleEast prospects myself... I've never been there... Anywhere in the world you go, the toughest part is getting in an ICAEW authorised firm, rest is something you have to manage yourself one way or the other, i.e. living, studies etc.
