Asset Impairment and Exit Costs

Could you please tell me are 'Asset Impairment and Exit Costs' part of General and Administrative Expenses or they are recognized as Other Expenses?

they are operating expenses just like depreciation, baddebts etc. they did not cetagorised with other expenses. lets see what others say about it.
