I am having problem to understand what is the difference between Association of persons constituted by law and any other association of person, both as used in Sections 153(9)(c) & 153(9)(g) and defined under Section 80(2).

Hi Sallam,
AOP is called when 2 or more then persons start’s business, to drive income from business activities.

2 persons agreed to start business oral or written, but doesn’t register this agreement or deed, is called AOP

2 persons agreed to start business, & write an partnership agreement or Deed, & register this Deed in firm registration office & get from there registration certificate, is called AOP constituted by law.
