Dear Islam farrukh
For books i dont remember exactly what combination i used for IT.Perhaps it was the notes of Khattack, book of PBP and another book of MIS. since it was many years back i can not provide any Chapterwise guidance.
Regarding the book of FAC II, best choice would be H&M Vol I and II, also past papers of ICAP & PIPFA and PAC Q&A on FA. You should also use the Zubaries IAS notes

Don't u think that PIP-FA is so difficult to pronounce,it must be simplified.
There is no proper guidance for the PIP-FA students as compare to other degrees.We should come forward and help others.
