B.Com & ACCA together*PLEASE HELP*

Salam to all,
i am in trouble please help me,I am doing CAT and my final paper t5 is gona b held at 11 dec.
I want to do b.Com and ACCA together,please tell me how it iz posible,mean what z best 4 me,1st time b.Com 2nd time ACCA,or 1st time ACCA and 2nd time b.Com,
i got 55% marks in fsc pre medical can i get admision in b.Com in karachi universty evning program,i am frm balochistan,iz there any resurve seats for balochistan in khi universty.
Plz solve my problems urgent,thanx

oh man dont do CAT. its nothing but wastage of money. do B.COM and then do ACCA if want to do. or u can do m.com or mba
