Scope of ACCA in dubai

Kindly can you tell me what is the scope of ACCA in dubai and is it
necessary to have some experience before to go there and if yes which
firm should be preferred??/

Its best if you have some experience if you are comming from pakistan. however thers is tough competition , and its not very easy to get into a firm, particularly the BIG4's. but ACCA'S working here earn very good.
