best method for financial accounting mod c

hey guyz..
this will be my first attempt of mod C, i have cleared B..
but i heard every1 who is part pass in MOd C was having refer in FA2
i want to know what is the maximum a student can do to pass FA2 in first attempt..
wot m doing in studying gripping and doing questions from past papers and graded .. ofcourse IFRS is the first priority
as there anything thing else which can be done???
or if any1 wants to share the common cause of failure in FA2 so that i can proactively counter it..
