Don't know about Karachi but in Islamabad Usman Arshad is the best teacher of F7 F8 & F9.

i hv got sir kazims clases for f7 nd f9 nd em not satisfied.... he is juz ok not da best1
i wuld prefer sir mushtaq in alhamd for f7, he is da best
