Hi,

Can anyone please tell me that whether "Invitation of Deposit rules" Section 88 applicable under SRO 778 of September 1987 will be examinable in December 2010 attempt?

I tried searching in Company law syllabus but couldnt find it.. Just wanted to confirm as an extra precaution..
