C.F.A. from ICFAI university in india

Hi All,

Please tell me about the CFA course from ICFAI University in india, is it well recognised??

As i have completed my M.B.A.(Marketing - Full Time) from Gujarat University.

Please guide.

brother i am from pakistan. and i dont know about the universities of india. But i sure that this will be reputed university because CFA os amercian degree that requires a good and reputed institute for study out side usa

Dear Irfan

ICFAI and CFA (of USA) are totally independent and seperate of each other, and in fact, as per my knowledge are rivals. Till recent, CFA(USA) exam takings in India were not allowed due to restriction and court case with rival organization. ICFAI is not comparable with CFA (USA), just like CA (India) is not comparable to CPA (USA) or ICAEW.
