Is this necessary that vendor provide NTN invoice for deduction of WHT or purchaser has to deduct it from any invoice?

means ager vendor humain NTN invoice na day tu kia tub bhee hum WHT deduct karaing gay suppliers yan services ki payment say?

Excel Bhai,,, agar ap withholding agent han to ap ko Income tax withheld karna hay har hal may, chahay ap ka supplier registered ho ya na ho, agar registerd hay to us k NTN number pay tax jama ho ga, or agar registered nahi to CNIC ya us k mobile number par bhi tax deposit ho jaye ga.

Mera supplier kehta hay k wo khud income tax jama karwaye ga. Mein na us ki services lee for web development. abb wo services ki amount 80000 say exceed ker gaye hay....

koi relevant SRO ju is cheez ko describe ker sakay takay mein us ko dekhaon.

mein na kuch air ticket lee or mein na travel agent ko full payment ki...Kia mujhay uss ka bhee tax katna paray ga....or ager mein us ka tax na katu tu kia tareqa hay iss ko avoid kernay ka....ticket compnay k name pa nahe bulkay employees k name pay hein

for traveling agents they are usually exempted from under deduction at source. you can ask from the travel agent for an exemption certificate.

for services if you are a withholding agent then it is incumbent upon you to deduct the service providers tax except in the case where he can prove that he is exempted from deduction at source.
